VMC‑1165HL is a heavy‑duty CNC vertical machining center, equipped with the MITSUBISHI M80 (10.4‑inch) CNC controller with 5‑axis 4‑linkage function enabled. Its bed, column and other main structures are made of Meehanite castings processed by finite element analysis and stress‑relief annealing treatment. The three axes adopt C3 pre‑tensioned ball screws and roller linear guideways, with rapid traverse rates of 30/30/30 m/min. It is fitted with a BT40‑10000 rpm belt‑driven spindle and a 24‑pocket arm‑type tool magazine.
The X/Y/Z axis travel is 1100/650/600 mm, the table size is 1200×600 mm with a maximum load capacity of 800 kg. The positioning accuracy is ±0.005 mm and repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.004 mm. The machine is standard‑supplied with full‑enclosure shield, automatic chip removal and automatic lubrication systems. It is suitable for high‑speed heavy‑cutting machining of molds, auto parts and precision components.
