Optimized by FEA analysis and integral box-type structure with annealing treatment, it effectively eliminates internal stress and deformation. Processed by one-time five-face machining, the machine maintains outstanding structural rigidity and long-term consistent precision under heavy cutting conditions.
2. Heavy-Duty Roller Guide & High-Precision Transmission System
Equipped with full three-axis heavy-load roller linear guideways and large-diameter C3-grade pre-tensioned ball screws, the machine features low friction, high rigidity and excellent stability. It supports 20m/min rapid traversing and superior circular accuracy, fully complying with ISO-230-2 precision standards.
3. Stable & Efficient Spindle Machining Performance
