Product Features
- VMC-1890HL heavy-duty vertical machining center adopts high-precision integral cast iron bed, column and spindle box. Optimized via finite element analysis and full annealing treatment, the machine eliminates internal stress and deformation, delivering outstanding rigidity and long-term stable precision. The symmetrical triangular box-type column features full heavy-load support, effectively reducing vibration and noise during heavy and high-speed cutting.
- Reinforced spindle box ensures stable spindle operation. X/Y/Z axes adopt high-precision C3 pre-tensioned ball screws and roller linear guides, featuring low friction, low noise and superior circular accuracy, with 20m/min uniform rapid traverse speed. Equipped with absolute servo motors and direct coupling drive, the machine needs no origin reset, improving efficiency and operational reliability with lower failure rates.
- This BT50 CNC machining center is equipped with a 6000rpm high-torque belt spindle, featuring labyrinth seal and spindle air curtain to prevent fluid intrusion and extend service life. The durable four-jaw claw ensures stable tool clamping. It adopts a 200L multi-filter water tank for efficient chip removal and space-saving side-mounted electric cabinet. Featuring 900mm large Y-travel and Mitsubishi M80 system, it is ideal for heavy-duty mold and precision parts processing.
