Product Features
- This machine is a moving-column machining center designed for profile processing. It adopts a high cast iron bed structure, which can effectively block splashing cutting fluid and aluminum chips, protect core components such as linear guides and ball screws, extend the service life of the equipment, and improve its operational stability and reliability.
- Equipped with a direct-drive mechanical spindle and a disc-type tool magazine, the machine can continuously perform precision machining processes including drilling, tapping, milling and boring on workpieces in a single clamping setup.
- Industries applicable to the equipment: aerospace, rail transit, new energy vehicles, medical and sports equipment, automation modules, photovoltaic and 5G equipment, etc.
